Florence Home Health Care provides home based medical care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in Southern California.  High-quality medical care is provided through registered (RN) and licensed vocational nurses (LVN) and certified home health assistants (CHHAs).

Physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapists are part of our services.  Florence Home Health Care can assist you or your love one, by providing the necessary medical care.  Home Health Care Services are for individuals who are eligible to receive medically necessary skilled nursing services, therapy and other forms of home health care programs.  Please browse our website to learn more about our areas of specialization.

Care that is accurate starts with an assessment.  At Florence Home Health Care, we conduct a home needs assessment in the client's home.  This gives us a deeper understanding of their needs.  The results of the assessment will lead us to a care plan that addresses their care requirements.
